From 3D layout planning directly to virtual commissioning – one-click simulation. Virtual commissioning links the virtual with the real world and creates the prerequisite for planning and producing industrial plant equipment more efficiently.
Anyone planning plant machinery wants to know as soon as possible whether it will work – ideally, before it is built. In 3D layout planning with Lino® 3D layout, the machines are already correctly positioned, the conveyor technology is in the right place and all peripheral objects are taken into account accordingly. But does the equipment deliver the required functionality? A virtual commissioning of the planned installation could deliver an initial answer, but this is usually time-consuming and expensive.
But if you planned your machinery using Software Made by Lino® and Tacton, then you already have all the components you need to build a simulation model. Additionally, performance parameters can also be controlled using the rule set. For this purpose, the Solidworks® modules with the corresponding speed and direction attributes are transferred directly to the integrated simulation tool. Users can thus perform virtual commissioning on the plant equipment even in an early project phase rapidly and efficiently, without time-consuming conversions or external service providers.
