The Lino Group is a leading company in the field of product configuration and design automation in the DACH region. Our software solutions help companies in the mechanical and plant engineering and manufacturing industries to efficiently configure, sell and manufacture complex products. In order to further drive our growth in Austria, we are looking to strengthen our sales team with a focus on lead qualification, customer development and long-term support.
Specifically, we are looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial sales representative (m/f/d), ideally with a degree in mechanical engineering, who will report directly to the Managing Director of Lino GmbH Austria. In the course of filling the position, the current headquarters of the company are to be relocated from Raabs an der Thaya to one of the industrial metropolitan regions of Upper Austria, Lower Austria, Carinthia, Vorarlberg or Styria.

With a market presence of seven years to date, Lino GmbH Austria offers specialized know-how in the areas of CAD automation, product configuration and Solidworks add-ons and today serves more than 10 active industrial customers.
Your tasks
- Proactive identification and direct approach of new B2B industrial customers through own network activities
- Maintaining and managing the sales pipeline in the CRM system to optimize the sales process
- Working closely with marketing and sales to continuously improve lead generation and qualification
- Initial contact with incoming leads from various channels (website, webinars, trade fairs, marketing campaigns)
- Qualification of leads through targeted needs, requirements and benefit analysis
- Development of leads into new customers through consulting, offers and contract negotiations
- Long-term support for acquired and existing customers to identify further cross-selling and upselling opportunities
Your profile
- Completed studies or training with a focus on sales, business or technology
- Technical understanding of mechanical and plant engineering and the manufacturing industry
- Experience in sales, business development or customer support in the B2B sector is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and persuasiveness to convert leads into customers in a targeted manner
- Independent and results-oriented way of working with a clear focus on closing deals
- Analytical thinking skills to recognize and exploit customer potential
- You have built up a network in the industry and actively maintain it
- Very good knowledge of German and English
