Lino GmbH develops and distributes powerful software solutions for design automation and product configuration (CPQ) and integrations into other systems. Our customers—primarily from the mechanical and plant engineering sectors—use our solutions and expertise to efficiently configure complex products and offer, manufacture, and sell them more quickly.
To strategically strengthen our marketing team, we are looking for you as a Marketing Manager (m/f/d) with in-depth expertise in conception, digital marketing, media, and performance optimization.
Your tasks – varied and responsible
You will actively develop our marketing engine across digital channels: You will work on clearly positioning Lino in the market, implement demand generation measures, and use data to continuously optimize campaigns. Working closely with sales, product management, and external partners, you will translate complex software topics into precise concepts, relevant content, and high-performance campaigns with measurable impact.
Your field of activity in the Lino Marketing Team:
- Derivation and conception of clear marketing goals from business goals, as well as creation of campaign concepts, messages, roadmaps, and go-to-market strategies in the marketing team
- Implementation and optimization of measures in SEO, SEA, and social media (LinkedIn) along defined key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Further development of the website; data-based optimization of visibility, user experience, conversion rate, and lead generation
- Analysis and monitoring of website and campaign performance, as well as creation of dashboards and derivation of concrete optimization measures
- Planning and creation of content for blog articles, social media posts, webinars, success stories, graphics, and videos
- Support in planning, organizing, and marketing events and webinars, as well as creation of sales materials in coordination with sales and product management
- Further development of brand assets and corporate design
Your profile – what you bring to the table
- Completed degree (bachelor’s) or vocational training in graphic, media, or communication design
- Ideally, professional experience in B2B marketing (software, industry, tech)
- Stylish: Very good German and very good English skills
- Experienced with Microsoft 365, Adobe Creative Cloud, and AI-supported tools (LLMs)
- Confident use of WordPress CMS, SEO, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Search Console
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation (e.g., Dynamics, HubSpot), SEA, Google Ads Editor, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Analytical thinking, initiative, and team orientation
