Pricing with Tacton

Tacton Sales Automation can do more than just simple pricing for contract manufacturing. It can handle even complex pricing and job generation for project fabrication – however difficult your product catalog and pricing structure may be. Additionally, Tacton’s solution goes farther than many other pricing solutions by proactively suggesting the optimum price on the basis of the factors designated as important: for instance, highest margin, customer value, lowest price or a weighted combination of these and other attributes.

Simple price updating with no downtime

As pricing information is centrally administered, changes can be made quickly and easily, with assistance from your IT team required. Price changes do not alter the logic of the product configuration. This means no downtime for programming adaptations. As a result, you can respond rapidly and flexibly to fluctuating market conditions at any time through price adjustments, discounts and special offers. The changes are automatically shared with your sales channel, ensuring that your sales team is always working with up-to-date price information.

Once the configuration phase is completed, Tacton automatically generates a quotation together with the complete documentation, technical documents, 2D drawings, 3D visualizations, prices, parts lists and other accompanying documents. Seamless from end-to-end

Tacton integrates seamlessly in ERP, CRM, PLM and CAD systems. That means that the different processes, tasks and functionalities can be supported using just a single underlying set of limitations. The Tacton solution supports Sales in preparing quotations, pricing, with technical drawings and product descriptions, and even generates output documents such as parts lists, work plans and production drawings.
