With regard to Product Development, Sales and Manufacturing, more and more digital-oriented, end-to-end process solutions are becoming the focus of industrial companies. Lorenz Hasenbach GmbH & Co. KG in Bad Camberg has taken up the digital challenge and has been relying on Tacton Software and Software Made by Lino® for years.

Lorenz Hasenbach GmbH & Co KG – better known as HACA Leitern – develops and produces a large number of different ladders, steps, mobile scaffolding and fall protection products in more than 1000 different variants, purely in Germany. The traditional, medium-sized industrial company employs around 100 people at its Bad Camberg site and has been on the market for 135 years. The product range also includes training as an expert for the various ladder groups, as well as customer-specific special designs from planning to production and delivery.

Tacton software has been an integral part of everyday work at HACA since June 2016. The product creation process starts with Tacton Design Automation in the Development and Automation department. The Tacton Configurator then gives Sales and customers the opportunity to configure HACA products according to their individual requirements. Finally, processing is carried out via the ERP system, which considerably simplifies quotation preparation and production.

At the Lino Customer Talk, Daniel Stark from the Design & Development department at Lorenz Hasenbach will talk about the introduction, use and benefits of the integrated 3D configurator Tacton Design Automation for Solidworks® and Tacton Configurator with the add-on Lino® 3D web for visual product configuration on the web.

Using the example of fixed ladders and Vario-Step ladders, the user explains how to enter technical data, create 3D models and make them available on the web.
