Service & Support Web Conference Customer Information Events
SERVICE & SUPPORT

Lino’s service and support services are requested and partially provided via the Lino customer portal. Customers receive the access data from their sales contact in the Lino team.

Downloads of new software versions and license information are available in the portal. Here users create support tickets and track their processing status. Free sample data for use with Software Made by Lino® products complete the offer.

Service and support is available to customers who have signed a valid software maintenance contract for their products. Technical support is provided by telephone, remote or via e-mail ticket. For secure and fast data exchange we use the server software FTAPI.

CUSTOMER PORTAL
WEB CONFERENCE

Lino employees can spontaneously start a web conference with you to facilitate cooperation during presentations, consultations, meetings or support. Web conferences save a lot of time and money. Lino uses GoToMeeting for this service.

You must briefly run the participant module before using it. To start, you then enter the meeting, webinar or training ID that we send you, which guarantees access via a secure website and thus secure working.

CUSTOMER INFORMATION

Stay up to date. Lino regularly sends a newsletter to customers and interested parties with up-to-date information on products, users, events and offers.

After registration you will receive an e-mail with a confirmation link. Your newsletter subscription only becomes effective when you call it up. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time and without giving reasons. Click on the link “Unsubscribe customer information” in the footer of each newsletter e-mail.

EVENTS

Lino offers training courses according to a fixed schedule in an online format. In addition, classroom training can be organized at Lino locations or on-site at the customer’s premises.

For interested parties and customers, we offer free scheduled webinars on Tacton CPQ, Design Automation and Software Made by Lino® products via Lino.de.

In addition, Lino organizes the annual Design & Sales Automation Conference for its customers and prospects. Please inform yourself here:
