Support, Downloads, and Tickets in the Lino Customer Portal
Lino’s service and support offerings are requested via the Lino customer portal and partly delivered there. Customers receive their login credentials from their Lino sales contact.
The portal provides downloads of new software versions and license information. Users create support tickets and track their processing status here. Free sample data for use with Software Made by Lino® products completes the offering.
Service and support are available to customers with a valid software maintenance contract for their products. Technical support is provided by phone, remote access, or email ticket. For secure and fast data exchange, we use the server software FTAPI.
